At This & That by Mrs. Gatch, we’re excited to get your custom creations to you as quickly as we can! We offer local pickup as well as shipping options, so you can choose what works best for you. If you’d like us to ship your order, just remember to include your address, and we’ll reach out with all the shipping details and costs. Our goal is to make the process as easy and reassuring as possible because we want you to feel confident when you order from us!
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help! You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at 360-620-1126 with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging where applicable. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please don't hesitate to reach out.
